Welcome to ‘Holistic Wellness by Evi’! By booking and participating in our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these carefully to understand our policies.

1. Single Sessions

1.1. Single Session

1.2. Payment Terms

Payments are due in advance, before the start of the scheduled session. This is required to confirm and hold your scheduled session. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the release of your reserved slots.

1.3. No-Show Policy

Sessions missed without prior notice ("no-shows") are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or transferred.

1.4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice before a scheduled session are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In the case of cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance, we will do our best to reschedule your session to a new time within the same month. Availability may vary, and rescheduling is not guaranteed but will be accommodated as possible.

1.5. Rescheduling Policy

Clients who provide at least 48 hours’ notice may request to reschedule their session to a new time within the same month. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within the same month and are subject to availability.

1.6. Session Expiration

Sessions not completed within the time-slot booked (unless otherwise arranged) will be forfeited without refund or credit transfer. Please ensure any rescheduled sessions fall within the payment period.

1.7. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for cancellations or missed sessions that do not meet the rescheduling requirements. If an unforeseen circumstance requires a service to be canceled by ‘Holistic Wellness by Evi’, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

2. Memberships Terms of Service

2.1. Memberships

Memberships are available in 2-month, 4-month, and 6-month packages, with tiered pricing that offers a lower rate for longer commitments.

Membership benefits are outlined HERE and may include exclusive access to sessions, resources, discounts, or community events.

2.2. Membership Payment Terms

2.2.1. Recurring Payments: Payment for your selected membership is charged upfront for the chosen duration (2, 4, or 6 months). Payment confirms your membership and access to benefits.

2.2.2. Non-Refundable Payments: Membership payments are non-refundable once processed, including for unused sessions or benefits.

2.2.3. Renewal: Memberships do not renew automatically unless otherwise stated. You will need to purchase a new membership upon expiration if you wish to continue.

2.3. Membership Benefits

Benefits of membership vary by tier and are detailed in the membership description.

Benefits are valid only during the active membership period and cannot be carried over to future periods.

2.4. Cancellations and Refunds

2.4.1. Mid-Term Cancellations: Memberships cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased.

2.4.2. Service Cancellations: If ‘Holistic Wellness by Evi’ cancels a service included in your membership, an alternative service or rescheduling will be offered. If this is not possible, you may receive a prorated refund for that specific service.

2.4.3. No-Shows: Sessions missed by the member without prior notice are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.

2.5. Rescheduling Policy for Included Sessions

If a member cannot attend a session included in their membership, they must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to request a reschedule.

Rescheduled sessions must take place during the active membership period and are subject to availability.

2.6. Changes to Memberships

‘Holistic Wellness by Evi’ reserves the right to modify membership offerings, benefits, and pricing. Members will be notified of significant changes in advance. Ongoing memberships will not be affected until their next renewal or expiration.

2.7. Member Responsibilities

Members are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, using their benefits within the membership period, and adhering to the general Terms of Service.

Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who purchased them.

2.8 Termination of Membership

‘Holistic Wellness by Evi’ reserves the right to terminate a membership without refund in cases of disrespectful or disruptive behavior or violation of these terms.

2.9. Membership Privacy and Data Protection

Member information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared without consent.

Your payment and personal details are processed securely through Stripe. ‘Holistic Wellness by Evi’ does not store payment information.

2.10. Membership Disclaimer

Memberships are intended for personal use and wellness. ‘Holistic Wellness by Evi’ is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of membership benefits.

Members participate in sessions and activities at their own risk and should consult a healthcare professional before engaging in any physical or spiritual practice.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. Timeliness: Clients are encouraged to arrive promptly. Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of start time to respect the following client.

3.2. Preparation: Clients should arrive prepared and with the required equipment, attire, and/or materials for the booked service. For Yoga, wear comfortable clothing and if bring your own mat if you do not wish to use the ones provided; for Cacao ceremonies or spiritual rituals, please follow any pre-session instructions provided.

3.3. Health and Safety: Clients are responsible for informing the practitioner of any relevant physical, mental, or emotional health conditions that could impact participation. ‘Holistic Wellness by Evi’ reserves the right to refuse or modify services to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants.

4. Privacy Policy

4.1. Confidentiality: Client information, including personal and health details shared with ‘Holistic Wellness by Evi’, will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared without permission.

4.2. Digital Privacy: Our sessions may be conducted virtually; all digital interactions will follow secure standards to protect client privacy.

4.3. Photography & Recordings: Any photography or recording in sessions (for promotional purposes) will be conducted only with the client’s prior consent.

5. Liability Waiver

By booking a session, clients acknowledge that they are participating voluntarily in sessions and accept any risk involved. ‘Holistic Wellness by Evi’ is not liable for any injury, health issue, or loss arising from participation in Yoga, Reiki, meditation, spiritual rituals, or any related services.

Clients release ‘Holistic Wellness by Evi’ and its practitioners from any claims, demands, and causes of action arising from personal injury or damage to personal property during a session.

6. Commitment to Wellness

We are committed to fostering a supportive and respectful environment for all. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior towards practitioners or other participants may result in termination of services, with no refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by ‘Holistic Wellness by Evi’ (written, audio, or video materials) is owned by ‘Holistic Wellness by Evi’ and is protected by intellectual property laws. Clients may not reproduce, share, or distribute content without prior permission.

8. Policy Modifications

‘Holistic Wellness by Evi’ reserves the right to modify these terms as needed. Clients will be informed of any changes in a timely manner, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
